If you have been informed to initiate a remote assistance support session, allowing us to access your machine, please perform the following:

1. Start by clicking one of the links below to start the download process

2. Launch the downloaded program. (It may be located in your ”Downloads“ folder)

3. Provide us with the 9-digit number displayed

When you no longer need remote support, be sure to quit the program.
This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed until you run the program and explicitly grant permission again.
